Yoga - How and Why it Works

ImageImage

ImageWhile preparing for a brand new course which I conceived around the middle of 2007,  found numerous fascinating references to how human disease and dysfunction should be treated by the physician, whatever his discipline and inclination. These appeared in a wide variety of books most of which I acquired during my own training 25 years ago.  These references  were what I would describe as tantalisingly close to the position that we in yoga and fmm would take. Because of this closeness I have  decided  ,just before finalising this book for publication, to include all these references . It felt to me as if they really were intended to be read and inwardly digested by those learning the disciplines of fmm and yoga. I leave you to judge the accuracy of that thought. It is probable that I read them all that time ago and that they meant little then.

Here is the first, though they are presented in no particular order, each having its own message and each having its own prominence!!Image
